Terms of Use

Many hours go into creating my artwork and standing outside the Duke of Yorks theatre taking the Orlando photos here from his performance in 'In Celebration' and sadly over the last  year I have noticed some people using my artwork/photos on their sites/blogs and backgrounds on twitter without permission so I thought I would give my terms of use so everyone is clear what is acceptable to me.  If you are using the art/avatar/wallpaper/photos on your own personal computer then no permission is needed. These terms are only for those wishing to use my artwork/photos on the internet.

First and foremost is please ASK me first (I really don't bite! lol). Send me an e-mail stating what you wish to use and the URL to the site you plan to display them.  DO NOT directly link to any artwork/photos. They are not to be altered in any way. Please do not post my artwork/photos on message boards. Instead, post a link to my site. Anyone found to be taking without permission will named and shamed on this site.
